Glenn D. Price was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and has lived in Woodinville, Washington for over 30 years. His education includes: B.A., magna cum laude, 1969 Harvard College; M.Sc., 1970, London School of Economics; J.D. degree, 1976, Duke University School of Law. He is admitted to: State of Alaska Bar, 1999 (inactive); State of Washington Bar, 1990; Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bar, 1976 (inactive); U.S. District Courts in Washington, Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.

Experience

Glenn is the managing member of Price & Farrington, PLLC, Attorneys & Counselors at Law, in Bellevue, Washington, limiting his law practice to client-centered estate, tax, asset protection and family wealth planning, including trusts and estates, wills and probate, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, estate tax reduction planning, gifting strategies, charitable giving and retirement planning. He was formerly: a senior attorney with the international law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius; an assistant attorney general in the Office of the Attorney General for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands on Saipan; and an assistant district attorney and senior felony trial prosecutor in the Philadelphia, PA. District Attorney’s Office.

Glenn has been a frequent speaker at both public and private estate planning seminars throughout Washington. He works closely with financial professionals, including certified financial planners, investment advisors, insurance counselors, trust officers, CPAs and tax accountants in servicing the estate planning needs of their clients. Glenn has taught state-certified continuing education courses on estate planning to insurance agents, accountants, financial advisors and other lawyers. Glenn has been endorsed by his peers in the field of trusts and estates as featured in “Washington Law & Politics” magazine.

Glenn is a past President of the East King County Estate Planning Council. He is a member of: the Washington State and King County Bar Associations (and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections of these organizations);The Harvard Club of Seattle; American Friends of the London School of Economics; and the Duke Club of Puget Sound. He is a founding member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national organization of estate planning attorneys whose philosophy embraces the concept of lawyers teaming with financial, tax, trust and insurance professionals to ensure the highest quality estate planning for their clients. Glenn is a contributing author of the book, “Estate Planning Strategies: Collective Wisdom, Proven Techniques” published by WealthCounsel.

Glenn lives in Woodinville with his wife, Susan. They have a daughter, Alexandra.
